6/8/2010 "New Model Under Construction "
We're pleased to announce that we've broken ground on our new model home in Cameron Meadows! Our "2387 Mountain Europenan" plan features a wonderful outdoor courtyard with separate casita for guest quarters or a private home office. As for all Pinon Development homes, this home will be an Energy Star qualified home. It will also have the Home Energy Rating System's (HERS) highest rating of "Five Stars Plus". The two acre lot has fabulous views of the Sawatch range yet is only ten minutes from downtown Salida.
