The Tyler-Smith studio is our most recently completed light commercial project and is located in Poncha Springs, CO. The building has two wonderfully light and bright art studios, a workshop area, gallery, kitchen, and 3/4 bathroom. This building was designed with passive solar heating and lighting in mind. The large windows on the South-facing wall allow the abundant sunlight to pour in and heat the concrete slab floor which, in turn, keeps the entire building warm on a sunny day. Skylights and solartubes also provide ample natural lighting.
