Pinon Development Office 
Pinon Development's main office is located just next door to the historic Knights of Pythias building described above, and is another renovation project we are very proud of! The building at 115 East 2nd Street was built circa 1950's in the University of Colorado 'Flagstone Style' and was originally used as a doctor's office.
As well as an extensive interior renovation, the exterior has been given a much needed facelift which gives our office a much more welcoming appearance. The new, larger custom windows facing 2nd Street allow ample light into the building, and provide a warm, usable space inside.
