Pinon Development is owned and operated by Rich Edgington. Rich has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Prior to forming Pinon Development Rich owned one of the largest custom homebuilding companies in Dallas/ Ft. Worth.
For nearly twenty years he was a trendsetter in quality and design earning the designation of Certified Master Builder which is given to fewer than 5% of builders. He was also the selected builder for Southern Living magazine for the Dallas region as well as grand award winner for the parade of homes. Rich has served as president of the National Association of Home Builders Builder Twenty group as well as other builder organizations.
His Trailside project in Salida won first place in the 2011 Colorado Sustainable Design Awards for Best Sustainable Community
